Overview
OpenX Network is building a permissionless alternative to corporate AI — open-source models on decentralized, censorship-resistant infrastructure, governed one-identity-one-vote at the protocol level. Studio is its front door: the console where a developer goes from nothing to a deployed AI service or agent in about five minutes. I led the India-based full-stack team that built it.
Decentralized infrastructure is usually a tax on the developer — wallets, nodes, and claims leaking into every interaction. Studio had to make deploying onto Xnode feel as ordinary as any managed cloud console, while a distributed team shipped against it with consistent quality.
Approach
Led the India-based full-stack team, coordinating web designers and frontend developers across the Studio build.
Built the console surfaces developers actually live in: App Store, Deployments, Claims, and the network capacity and deployment metrics behind them.
Kept wallet connection and on-chain claims at the edges of the flow, so the common path stays a normal deploy.
Set delivery structure and technical direction for the team's scope.
Outcome
Studio shipped and live, with deployment counts and network capacity surfaced to users.
A deploy path measured in minutes rather than an infrastructure project.
First lead role — the foundation for later team leadership at QuadB.
